Villa Pandora sits above the village of Sparto, a quiet settlement on the hillside between Amfilochia and the Ambracian Gulf. The house is built from local stone, with shaded terraces, tall windows, and a pool that seems to merge with the sea below.
Inside, four bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living/dining area, and five bathrooms . The decor is modern and clean. Recently renovated to give a brand new feeling — with everything you need for a relaxed stay, from fast WiFi to a proper outdoor kitchen.
The minimum stay is seven nights, giving you time to settle into the rhythm of the place: morning swims, long lunches under the pergola, evening walks through the olive groves, and slow sunsets over the water.
We can add in a sailboat trip around the gulf, with lunch, kayaking and swimming.

The location
Sparto, near Amfilochia
The village of Sparto is a small, traditional settlement on the western edge of central Greece, surrounded by olive groves and looking down toward the Ambracian Gulf.
The nearest town, Amfilochia, is a short drive for groceries, tavernas, and is a traditional Greek town. The area is quiet and unspoiled, with easy access to ancient ruins, mountain trails, and empty beaches.
The villa is reached by a paved road from the village and has private parking. Athens is around four hours by car, and Preveza airport is about 30 minutes away.
